American Trucking Associations (ATA) Chief Economist Bob Costello said that driver turnover rates were lower in the final three months of 2017 but still remain higher year-over-year. U.S. Department Of Commerce Announces Steel And Aluminum Tariff Exclusion Process

The U.S. Department of Commerce announced the process for excluding products from the recently announced tariffs on steel and aluminum product imports. The Department will publish the procedures in the Federal Register and began accepting exclusion requests. See more here.

IATA Launches Digital Tools For Dangerous Goods Declarations

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) introduced both a Dangerous Goods AutoCheck platform and its e-Dangerous Goods Declaration standards. Dangerous Goods AutoCheck will help serve as the barrier between paper-based and electronic air freight forwarding management. See more here.
